Sub: Supply of pure drinking water-Case of Andhra Pradesh Circle

Madam,

Perhaps you are aware that the staff of A.P.Circle are facing serious problem of lack of pure drinking water and suffering badly for some days. In spite of your prompt initiative of providing drinking water to the staff of your circle, the same could not be materialized till now as reported. I know that you are very soft and cordial towards   staff grievances, but the problem of drinking water still persists causing untold sufferings for the staff of the Circle Office of your Circle.

Madam, as you are very sensitive and prompt in dealing with the staff, I write to you with the hope that you will do the needful with promptitude to mitigate the sufferings of your own people by providing them pure drinking water. If in the mean time, it is not possible for a permanent arrangement, you may arrange for some packaged drinking water to the staff of your circle, so that health hazards of the staff can be minimized.
