Com. Ishwar Singh Dabas, Ex-General Secretary All India Postal Employees Union Postmen & MTS/Group ‘D’ and all India Asst. Secretary, Confederation of Central Government Employees & Workers retired from service on 31.01.2014. He started his career as an ED Employee & ultimately became Postman. His acumenship in taking up glaring issues of postmen made him very popular.
