GREAT SHOCKING NEWS

Although the Parliament march of the Central Govt employees at the call of Confederation of the Central Govt employees became a thundering success, the 15th December, 2016 will ever be remembered as the dark day in the heart of lakhs and lakhs of Gramin Dak Sevaks and Postal Workers as their beloved leader and a belligerent soldier of so many historical struggles, Comrade Gopal Singh, Divl. Secretary, GDS Union, NFPE, Purulia Divn, W.B.Circle died of massive heart attack only at the age of 51, in the battlefield  of the workers at New Delhi  leaving a permanent trail of bloodshed and a symbol of protest against injustice done by the Government of India towards its employees.

He left behind two daughters and wife along with others in the family. It is an irreparable loss to the family which has created an aching void in the heart of Postal Workers movement.

Administrative Union, NFPE conveys its heartfelt condolence to the family of the departed Com Gopal Singh and assures to extend all sorts of cooperation to the family of the bereaved.
