NOTICE
Notice regarding holding of 29th
Bi-ennial All India Conference of All India Postal Administrative Offices’
Employees’ Union, Gr.C & Gr.D under Article 22,23,24(a) & 25 of Union
Constitution.
It is hereby notified for all
concerned that the 29th Bi-ennial All India Conference of All India Postal
Administrative Offices’ Employees’ Union, Gr.C & Gr.D will be held on 8th,
9th & 10th July, 2014 at Community Hall , P&T
Staff Quarters, Chikkad Pally, Hyderabad-500020, Andhra Pradesh. The Conference
will start at 10 am on 8th July, 2014.
Notice for resolution, if any,
on Constitutional amendments should reach the Central Head Quarters not later
than 06th June, 2014.
The following shall be the
Agenda :
1. Homage to martyrs and condolence to
departed leaders
2. (a) Adoption of Bi-ennial draft
report of activities of the Union.
(b) Adoption of Audited accounts for the year 2012-2013 & 2013-2014.
(c) Adoption of Budget Estimates for the year 2014-2016.
3. Review of Nationwide General Strike
of 12th December-2012, 20th & 21st
February-2013 and 12th & 13th February-2014.
4. (a) Organizational review &
crisis of today
(b) Formation of AIPEU GDS (NFPE)
(c) Departmental Council/National Council
(d) Fixation of Pay of MTS Who were
granted ACP-I & ACP-II prior to 01-01-2006 & thereafter.
(e) MACP-Anomalies –Injustice to the
promotes under MACP Scheme.
5.
Decentralization of PLI, RPLI and its effects in Circles particularly in the
light of PLI Directorate’s order issued in February-2013 and thereafter.
6.
Convert all Circle Administrative Offices including Regional offices and DPLi
office, Kolkata also as Central Processing Centres.
7.
Filling up of the vacant posts in Circle Administrative Offices – latest
update.
8.
Modernization of DPLI office, crisis-latest update.
9.
Privatization and Outsourcing

7th Central Pay Commission and our role.
