All Circle Secretaries are requested to offer their comments relating to the VIIth CPC recommendations in the light of Circle Administrative Offices in particular and also in broader perspective. They may send their suggestion in a nutshell positively by 4th December, 2015 within 1 P.M.
This is most urgent.
